The Impact Pie Auction is the HBC Impact Student ministry’s largest fundraiser of the year. All proceeds go to helping the ministry grow and reach more teens for Christ!
1.) Show up and grab a number sign
3.) Grab your food and take a seat
4.) Auction begins
-pie number and type read
-starting bid is the highest offer from silent auction
- raise your number when you want to bid
-highest bidder wins the pie and will be called on by their number paddle
2.) Make your first bid at the silent auction table
5.) to receive your pie, you must bring your paddle to the pick up room at the end of the auction.
